I&N Quality Painting LLC offers professional painting services for residential and commercial clients in Miami, Aventura, and surrounding areas. Specific services, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a written agreement or quote provided to each client before work begins.

3. Quotes & Payments

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required prior to the start of any work.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to fees or collection actions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring access to the property during the agreed-upon service schedule.
Removing or securing valuables, fragile items, or furniture prior to the start of painting.
Communicating any concerns or questions about the work clearly and promptly.

5. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages via SMS. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

I&N Quality Painting LLC will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
